When a Client Almost Bought a “Problematic” Property in Monaco
As a Feng Shui Master, I’ve seen many property cases — some ordinary, some unforgettable.
One of the most memorable instances occurred when a client sought my Feng Shui advice before purchasing a luxury property in Monaco.
He was excited about the location and the price, and he quickly passed me the floor plan for review. But the moment I opened the plan, my heart sank.
I told him straight:
“Don’t buy this property. You won’t stay here.”
He looked at me, puzzled. “Why?”
The layout showed a triangular-shaped house — already not a good sign in Feng Shui. But what really caught my eye was the huge missing Northwest sector.
In Feng Shui, the Northwest sector represents the male breadwinner, the father, or the head of the household.
When a property has a missing Northwest sector, it means the male breadwinner will have no affinity with the house. In other words, he either won’t feel comfortable staying there, or circumstances will keep pushing him away.
So I explained to my client:
“Even if you buy this property, you won’t be able to stay here long. It will never truly become your home.”
He paused, then told me something interesting.
The current owner of the house — also a male — had admitted that he barely stayed there. At most, he lived in the house three times a year, each for just a short while. That was the main reason he wanted to sell it.
I wasn’t surprised at all.
That’s exactly how Feng Shui works — the house energy shapes the destiny of its occupants.
From that day onwards, this client never made a property decision without consulting me first. He realized that property Feng Shui isn’t just about “luck” — it’s about understanding how the energy of a house affects the people living inside it.
A house with a missing Northwest sector isn’t just a “design issue.” It directly impacts the life of the male head of the family. And this case was living proof.
If you’re looking to buy a home, whether in Monaco, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Tokyo, Canada, Australia, or anywhere else, don’t overlook feng shui for your house.
✔️ Check for missing sectors in the layout.
✔️ Pay attention to the Northwest, Southwest, and center areas.
✔️ Remember: The wrong property can silently “push you out.”
Sometimes, what looks like a dream property on paper can become a nightmare once you move in. Feng Shui gives you the clarity to avoid costly mistakes.
✨ That’s why I always say:
A good house supports you.
A bad house rejects you.
