By purchasing any of our services or courses on this Website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

 

  1. Our Services

RW Dimensions provides a range of metaphysical consulting and educational services, including (but not limited to):

  • Feng Shui audits for homes and businesses
  • Space planning and property selection
  • BaZi destiny readings
  • Auspicious date selection
  • Seminars, talks, and training courses (online or in-person)

These are collectively referred to as our Services.

Once a client engages our Services, a Service Fee or Deposit (collectively referred to as the Fee) is required to confirm the engagement.

 

  1. General Policy on Refunds

All Fees paid are non-refundable once the Service has been confirmed or initiated — except under the specific conditions stated below.

Each Fee paid is valid for a period of 12 months from the payment date. If the Service is not scheduled or delivered within this period due to inaction from the client, the Fee will be forfeited.

 

  1. When a Full Refund Will Be Issued

You will be eligible for a full refund only under the following conditions:

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed Service within 12 months from the date of payment, with no alternative arrangement or rescheduling confirmed.
  • If there is a verifiable payment processing error (e.g. duplicate charges, system failure) originating from our Website or payment gateway.

 

  1. When a Partial Refund May Be Considered

In some rare cases, a partial refund may be offered if:

  • We have started delivering the Service but are unable to complete it due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g. emergency, health, force majeure).

In such cases:

  • A refund amount will be determined based on the portion of work already completed, including consultation time, preparation, and administrative effort.
  • A reasonable processing fee may also be deducted.
  • All decisions are made at our sole discretion, and our determination on the refund amount will be final.

 

  1. When No Refund Will Be Given

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the client chooses to cancel, postpone, or change their mind after confirming the Service.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the metaphysical interpretations, recommendations, or outcomes.
    (Please understand that while we apply our knowledge and experience with sincerity and care, the outcome of any metaphysical practice may vary from person to person. Many external and internal factors can influence results, and as such, we are unable to guarantee any specific outcome.)

 

  • If the client misses or fails to attend scheduled appointments or events.

 

  1. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise arranged.

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our Website.
